Brandon Cole joined the firm as an associate in 2018 after practicing with a prominent defense firm in Arkansas for the past four years. He has a trial practice that focuses on medical malpractice and civil litigation defense. Brandon has significant experience defending doctors and their practices against medical malpractice claims, and he has tried jury trials across Arkansas in federal and state court. While in law school, Brandon worked with Professor Howard Brill to write and revise multiple sections for the Arkansas Law of Damages, including the chapters on medical malpractice, punitive damages, interference with contractual relations, attorney fees, attorney-client contracts, assault, battery, conversion, abuse of process, and unjust enrichment claims.
Brandon has represented doctors and their practices in a wide range of specialties, including neurosurgery, obstetrics, anesthesiology, orthopedic surgery, emergency room medicine, oncology, and hyperbaric medicine.
