Jason Campbell and Michael Vanderford recently obtained a defense verdict in White County, Arkansas, in a medical malpractice and wrongful death lawsuit filed against a cardiologist.
The patient’s estate alleged that the defendant physician violated the standard of care during a heart catheterization procedure which led to the patient’s death from a retroperitoneal bleed.
After three days of testimony and evidence, the jury returned with a defense verdict, exonerating Mr. Campbell and Mr. Vanderford’s client.
