David A. Littleton, Partner and Mediator

David Littleton is a senior partner who has been with the firm since 1996. He primarily focuses his practice on professional negligence defense, including medical, legal, architectural, and engineering disciplines. David also devotes significant time to defending catastrophic personal injury cases. He has successfully tried numerous cases throughout the state of Arkansas in both state and federal court. His diverse insurance defense practice and over 20 years of litigation experience have earned him yearly recognition in Best Lawyers in America and Mid-South Super Lawyers. David is an active member of numerous professional organizations, including the International Association of Defense Counsel.

David is a certified mediator.
