Defense Verdict: Cox v. McClure

Mariam Hopkins and Julie Hancock successfully defended a medical malpractice case against an Emergency Room physician in Dallas County, Arkansas. The case centered around the death of a 21 year old two days after being treated in the ER for an upper respiratory infection. The jury returned a unanimous defense verdict.

Summary Judgment: Singleton v. Tracy

David A. Littleton recently obtained summary judgment in a medical malpractice case pending in Arkansas County, Arkansas. The Court granted summary judgment in favor of the physician after finding that plaintiff failed to submit the necessary expert proof required to support her cause of action.

Defense Verdict: Farr v. Fincher
